C1RCA is a skateboard footwear company that started in 1999 and is based in San Clemente, California, USA. It was started by Four Star Distribution, then a snowboard company, along with Chad Muska as its first professional rider who left éS Footwear to start the brand. On July 15, 2004, Four Star sold off its snowboard properties (Forum, Special Blend, Jeenyus, and Foursqure) to Burton Snowboards and has become solely a skateboard footwear company, adopting their new slogan “Committed to Skateboarding”. Chad Muska was let go by the company in 2005 and has since moved on to Supra Footwear. Past team riders include Jamie Thomas, Chris Cole, and Mark Appleyard.
