In 1989, Tod Swank was riding for Skull Skates. Steve Rocco started World Industries in late ’88, and Tod went to him because he wanted to ride for World Industries, but Rocco wouldn’t let him. Rocco said he’d help Tod start a company, but he wouldn’t let Tod ride for the team. So, Tod thought about it for a few days and decided to do it even though it wasn’t really what he wanted to do. Swank stayed with Rocco for two years, until 1991, after they did one video and then they parted ways. In 1996 Foundation Skateboards built “World's Biggest Skateboard” which was accepted by the Guinness World Records in october 2004. Foundation, with Toy Machine, Pig Wheels, Dekline, Ruckus Metal i Deathbox Skateboards is part of Tum Yeto family.
