Globe Shoes was started in 1994 by former Australian professional skateboarders Matt Steven and Peter Hill. With it's worldwide headquarters in Melbourne, Australia and it's North American headquarters in El Segundo, California, Globe continues to push the envelope in providing the surf and skateboard culture with quality and comfortable footwear and apparel. Skateboarding and surfing would not be the sports they are today if it weren't for professionals such as Rodney Mullen, Mark Occhilupo, Chet Thomas, and Taj Burrow who have made unparalleled contributions to advancing these sports. Globe proudly sponsors these and many other world-class athletes who participate in Surfing, Skateboarding, Snowboarding, and Moto-Cross.
